Context
Chatbots were created with the aim of simplifying and automating processes. So a chatbot fails if it complicates a process previously managed by humans in a simple way. For example, suppose you search for weather information. If you use the phone to request information, the service provider may use your phone number to look up your account information as your address. The same procedure should apply to chatbots. The context of a chatbot is extremely important if you aim to create a robot that is more or less efficient than using the phone.
