I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

My daughter, Ashley, was born two-and-a-half months premature and weighed 4 pounds, 10 ounces. The doctors warned us about possible complications from premature birth, and even told us that she might not make it at all. When I first saw her, though, all I could think was how beautiful she was. I reached down to touch her with my finger, which she immediately grabbed and squeezed. Right then, I knew she was going to live.
