Why 360-Degree Assessments Can Be Your Best Tool

We are convinced that the single most powerful tool to help leaders identify their strengths is a 360-degree feedback instrument. While we applaud the self-assessment instruments that are available, we have rather compelling evidence that self-perceptions are not terribly accurate, and that seems to hold true for those that measure strengths or weaknesses. Having candid observations from those who work with you is an extremely helpful way to get the best possible assessment.
