In her TED Talk, Harvard Business School professor Amy Cuddy1 shared an idea that was both incredibly easy and incredibly valuable: “to spend two minutes power posing before going into stressful situations so that you can achieve better outcomes.” The outline of her talk is provided in Table 9.1.
