Quadruped Walks
Class objective: To learn the techniques for animating quadrupeds, both cartoon style and realistic.
Equipment required: Lightbox, pencil, and paper.
In this lesson, we are going to further our understanding of the principles of generic walk animation and explore the challenges (and hopefully solutions) attributed to quadruped animation. We will do this primarily with an eye to cartoon-based quadrupeds, but we will also briefly explore more naturalistic quadruped movement.
