I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you've been using a computer for more than ten minutes, you know what a template is, right? Microsoft Word, for example, comes with templates for creating everything from casual letters to legal briefs. Typically, a template is an empty document shell with a set of premade styles, or style sheets, that specify formatting of the content.
Although XHTML templates are similar in concept, they differ greatly in practice. For example, unlike your typical Word template (which you open, add content to, and then save as a document file), XHTML templates — especially those formatted with CSS — often consist of several different files.
