When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Publishing a package
All that is left to do is publishing our package for the end users to see. Publishing a package is very simple. To do so, follow these steps:
- We will right-click on Packages in Project Viewer and go to Create | Package.
- We will now name our package with the name we want our end users to be able to find it by. For our package, we will choose the name
Product Ordersand select Next. The next window will ask us what we want to publish. - We are going to choose to only publish Presentation View. Click on Database View and Business View until they have red "X" marks beside them as shown in the following screenshot:
