Project: Rooster Beers

Rooster Beers was founded in 2015 on a small piece of land in Can Gio, Vietnam. It began with a 150 liter (40 gallon)-fermentation system that was built from scratch, and a tiny, cold room to ferment the beer. Eighteen months later, their capacity had grown to 2,000 liters (528 gallons). They don’t use rice, sugar, cheap grain, or artificial flavors, and all their ingredients can be traced to origin.
