I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One of the biggest mistakes that individuals, teams, and organizations make in business is starting a project but never finishing it. Among the many causes of unfinished projects are a lack of planning, resources, competency, follow-through, and the desire to succeed.
My grandfather was a successful real-estate developer. He kept motivational statements like the following posted on his walls:
• Thought is the inspiration of action, but the thing done is what counts.
• The world is full of starters but few finishers.
• All worthwhile achievements are the result of an idea, a start, and a strong finish.
• People think all man needs is initiative, but action must be sustained to be effective. ...
