I have been fascinated over the years by how a change in ownership or management can make or break an established business. The book you are about to read tells many tales of ways individuals—as team leaders and team members—can and should influence teams to achieve success. The book, itself, is my acknowledgment of so many role models in business and in sports from whose actions I have learned.
