CHAPTER 9: EXAM PREPARATION
The ITIL® 4: Digital and IT Strategy exam may be different to other ITIL® 4 exams that you’ve taken. In addition to the multiple-choice exam, there are four practical assignments that you need to complete and submit to your training organisation. In this chapter, you’ll find guidance for both the practical assignments and the multiple-choice exam.
Practical assignment guidance
Your training organisation will give you guidance on how and when to submit your practical assignment answers. These are usually sent in as MS Word or PDF documents. I recommend keeping copies of your practical assignment answers after submission.
