I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
APPENDIX BGeneral Instructions for the Assessment of Organizational Conditions and Leader Performance
The assessment form can be used as a part of an organizational activity, in a training program, or by an individual manager. The form should be accompanied by a cover letter stipulating the terms of confidentiality, the return address, and a timeline. The terms of confidentiality include: (a) whether the person reviewed will have the forms collected by a third party or collect them personally, perhaps by mail; (b) whether the person reviewed will personally see the forms when tabulating them or whether the forms will be tabulated by a third party; and (c) assurances that at least three people are part of the assessment pool for a category (except ...
