I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ethics-based approaches generally provide a stark contrast to many traditional approaches in leadership studies that focus on either the descriptive realities of leader-centric systems or the importance of leaders influencing others through their personal charisma, vision, and skill. Such power-based or “heroic” approaches assume that the primary source of wisdom is the leader or that knowledge is for the leader's benefit; that the leader is implicitly the most critical and important decision-maker; and that the leader's success is the principal consideration.
