Build Momentum

Momentum may take some time to initiate and build, but once you've got it going, it will carry you and your business far. To build momentum, you've got to know when to hit the gas and when to apply the brakes. You've also got to know when to deploy the supplemental resources, usually people and capital, necessary to accelerate momentum in your organization.
