Quasar
Quasar (https://quasar-framework.org) lies on the other side of the size/feature set spectrum. It is a large toolkit that helps create hybrid mobile applications with a native look and feel. Quasar can be used to create responsive web applications, PWAs, and desktop-like applications using Electron.
The advantage of Quasar is that it allows us to do all of this with a single code base rather than us having to create a separate client application per platform.
Quasar also includes many user interface components based on the Material Design specification, which are written as web components.
Finally, it even sports a CLI (https://quasar.dev/quasar-cli) to help us easily create new applications and scaffold pages, layouts, components, ...
