There are multiple ways a device can be un-enrolled from AirWatch. The following are some of the ways both the administrator and/or user can un-enroll a device from AirWatch:
- From the device a user can un-enroll by completing the following steps:
- iOS: Open AirWatch App and click on your device. Then, click on Device Enrolled and on Re-Enroll Device.
- Android: Open AirWatch Agent and click on the more option (the three dots) in the top-right corner. Then, click on Un-enroll.
Un-enrollment may be slightly different on some devices, but this is possible within AirWatch MDM App unless AirWatch Admin Console has been configured to restrict it.
