So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
This book is dedicated to two amazing teenagers, Janet and Lauren Provitera, my children who I am so proud of today. To my best friend, Victor Sino, operational risk executive, whom I could always count on for support while writing this book. I attribute this book to the executives that I trained who inspired me to write it. Also, this book is another compliment to the great work of Business Expert Press and the great publishing team that they have designed to create over 900 excellent books for executives and graduate students worldwide.
