So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Histogram
The Histogram table shows listed objects grouped by class name. You can sort the list by different parameters and analyze each group of objects. This table contains the following columns:
- Class Name: Shows the classes that were found in the snapshot
- Objects: Shows the number of objects for each class
- Shallow Heap: Shows the heap memory consumption of these objects
- Retained Heap: Shows the minimum retained size of these objects
