In this chapter, we will configure and customize JIRA for test management, which we also briefly discussed in Chapter 1, Planning Your JIRA Installation, but we will discuss it in detail here. The best thing about JIRA is its customizations. Out of the box, JIRA can be used for bug tracking, agile-based projects, or just simple issue tracking but every organization has its own processes and different software models.
