For machines with a desktop environment installed, we have SCAP Workbench. However, if you've ever worked with early versions of the tool, you were likely quite disappointed. Indeed, the early versions of Workbench were so bad that they weren't even usable. Thankfully, things have since improved. Now, Workbench is quite a nice little tool.
To get SCAP Workbench, just use the appropriate installation command. On CentOS 7, do the following:
sudo yum install scap-workbench
On CentOS 8, do the following:
sudo dnf install scap-workbench
On Ubuntu 18.04, do the following:
sudo apt install scap-workbench
