Installing Intel MKL
In order to build NumPy and SciPy against Intel MKL, please follow these instructions
- Run the commands as follows:
$ sudo apt-get update$ sudo apt-get upgrade
- You need to install Anaconda distribution since Anaconda installation comes with Intel MKL. First download the Anaconda with following command:
$ wget https://repo.continuum.io/archive/Anaconda3-5.2.0-Linux-x86_64.sh
- When installation is done, cd into anaconda3/bin and run python:
$ cd anaconda3/bin$ ./python
