Together with the new way of thinking, new design rules, and new libraries, SAP has started to develop tools that allow the programmers to easily develop the applications in the new technology, but also to integrate them with the existing systems. As the overall policy was to make the libraries as open and as available as possible, the tool should be made publicly available as well.
