Staying healthy is such an effort sometimes: Working out at the gym, submitting to the dentist’s chair, trailing off to the health clinic for one of those gruesome annual checks, keeping tabs on your blood pressure and much more besides. So much to do, so little time.

You have to go through the same healthcare shenanigans with your MYOB company file. In this chapter, I explain how to scan your company file for ailments, administer first aid where required, and keep both MYOB’s blood pressure, and your own, under control.

Lining Up for a Health Check

Most of the common disorders that lie dormant in your MYOB company file can be detected by running the Company Data Auditor. To run this nifty little feature, go to the Accounts command centre and click the Company Data Auditor button.
