So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating a Property Inventory
Now for that peace-of-mind project: A property inventory.
You have several options with this project. You can create just the video inventory, just the paper or computer inventory, or both. Doing both is the most time-consuming but also the most comprehensive. If you choose this option, I recommend that you start with the video inventory and then watch it as you type your written list of possessions.
However you do it, if you end up with a complete inventory of your belongings, you'll be much better off than before!

Lined paper for making lists
Computer and spreadsheet or word processing software for making an inventory document (optional)
Camcorder (optional)
