Practices for inclusive actions and accountability

This chapter presents case examples of workgroups and organizations that have implemented some or all of the inclusive interaction practices specified in this book’s Framework for Inclusive Interactions (Chapter 2). Whereas Chapter 3 presented each practice separately, here, we look organization by organization at the combination of practices used, highlighting the opportunities for instituting the six inclusive interaction practices and holding members accountable for inclusive behavior. The cases are from a variety of organizations and, through comparing and contrasting, they show how inclusion is achieved:
