So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Alignment Strategy
To assess the relevance of your current physician alignment strategy, an initial place
to start would be with the question of whether an explicit strategy currently exists.
Many organizations feel compelled to make decisions to solve a problem with one
or more physicians quickly, but they often do this in a strategic vacuum. is is
quite common even in individual hospitals that are part of systems. It can appear
that each facility has a different alignment strategy. In fact, it may actually be
