So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Introduction
As you may have gathered from the previous chapters, the solution to what is wrong
with American healthcare is much more complex than simply encouraging physi-
cian and hospital integration. Although this is an important piece, much more must
be done to improve healthcare delivery in this country. Integration of healthcare
and healthcare delivery at all levels is critical to having efficient healthcare and great
outcomes. We must focus on all areas of health, not simply healthcare delivery.
We all agree that the current costs and utilization trends are unsustainable.
