I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Dear Lloyd,
I want to know how to raise a film budget without having to work for someone else for 20 years. That is what I really want to know, because a few thousand dollars is the only thing holding me back now that I’m not in film school anymore.

I think you need to be a little more honest with yourself. If you want to make a film and you are not currently making a film, money isn't the thing holding you back.
You say that you went to film school. This leads me to believe that there is money floating around somewhere in your life. After all, film school isn't free. Uncle Lloyd thinks that one of the following may be true:
