I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What’s the best way to get a crew together? Also, how do you handle problems with the crew? It’s hard to pull rank without being an asshole, but sometimes it really seems necessary.

I would like to begin by telling you how much I appreciate your city's invention of the hot dog. No one likes putting a small, moist, vegetarian sausage in a bun more than I do, and without the ingenuity of the people of Frankfurt, I wouldn't be able to say that without getting myself in trouble.
