It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Rozdział ten poświęcony jest „czasownikowym” funkcjom interfejsu, czyli temu, w jaki sposób użytkownicy podejmują działania i używają poleceń. Innymi słowy, przyjrzymy się, jak ludzie wykorzystują oprogramowanie do wykonywania zadań. Obejmuje to następujące zagadnienia:
- różne metody podejmowania czynności i aktywowania poleceń,
- w jaki sposób jasno wskazać przy użyciu afordancji, że elementu można użyć,
