About the Author
David Ringstrom, CPA, is the president of Accounting Advisors, Inc., an Atlanta-based spreadsheet consulting and training firm he started in 1991. David helps his clients streamline repetitive business processes and teaches scores of live webinars each year. He also owns Students Excel, an online service that helps accounting professors teach Excel more effectively. Over his career, David has written hundreds of freelance articles about spreadsheets and accounting software, some of which have been published internationally. He has served as the technical editor for more than three dozen books, including QuickBooks Desktop For Dummies, Quicken For Dummies, and Peachtree For Dummies, and he’s the author or coauthor of seven books, including Idiot’s Guide to Introductory Accounting and Exploring Microsoft Excel’s Hidden Treasures. David’s next book will be Microsoft 365 Excel for Dummies.
He resides in in Atlanta, Georgia with his children, Rachel and Lucas.
