So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In this chapter, I explore more things you can do only in a company that has an Advanced subscription. I start off by showing you how to use the Workflows feature to automate internal and external communication regarding transactions. From there, I show you how you can save time entering data into QuickBooks by using the Batch Transactions feature. I close out the chapter by examining the Revenue Recognition feature, which helps you stay compliant with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
