I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

JEFFREY RAYPORT taught at Harvard Business School for nine years. In 1999, he took a leave of absence from the school to establish and serve as chief executive officer of Marketspace LLC, a unit of the Monitor Group, a leading global consulting firm. Marketspace provides strategic advice, executive development, and softwarebased business intelligence to firms competing in the networked economy. Before becoming a professor, he worked in financial services and consulting, was a writer for Fortune magazine, and earned a Ph.D. from Harvard.
