I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
When to Use SyMON Software
The SyMON software is good at monitoring many systems and large and complex hardware configurations. It has knowledge about possible hardware error conditions embedded in it, and can be used to browse details of the configuration.
SyMON Software Availability and Support
Solstice SyMON 1.x was included for free with the Solaris operating environment as part of the Sun Computer Systems server bundle. The SyMON software will also be free when it is used to monitor and control a single server. To unlock its capability to manage more than one server at a time, an extra license must be purchased.
