7.3.3 mARk Iv AntennAs
Due to the nature of ETC systems, Mark IV offers their antenna separate from their readers. In most
applications, a number of antennas will be attached to a single reader. Each of these antennas will be
mounted either above or alongside the trafc lane. The lane antenna is 37 × 30 × 4 in. Theouter hous-
ing is berglass. It is hermetically sealed to withstand exposure to the elements. The antenna
