I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Rituals for Gatherings That Matter
I’m willing to wager that you attended at least one work-related meeting in the last 48 hours. Were you engaged the whole time? Did you notice your colleagues scrolling through their phones, answering emails, browsing Facebook, doing anything but contributing to and focusing on the discussion? Were you doing any of those things? Cut to March of 2020, when—overnight—employees everywhere were in Zoom meetings all day, adding yet another challenge to meeting well.
