I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In 2018, I published my first book on how to make the workplace more human by honoring relationships. Then, I traveled around the world talking to companies about how they could bring their human to work—through, for instance, values, meetings, disconnecting to reconnect, and professional development. I started to see something really interesting: sometimes the smallest actions led to the biggest wins. Again and again, I saw that the companies or teams that seemed most engaged and productive came together in a variety of micro-ways: they engaged in traditions, parties, awards, retreats, ...
