I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Overview
In chapter 9, ‘Executing the Program Increment,’ we described how Agile Release Trains (ARTs) build and maintain the continuous delivery pipeline to explore, execute, and release value, including the program events and activities that support delivery. Although the Inspect and Adapt (I&A) event was briefly described there, this event is such an integral part of SAFe and Lean-Agile success that we’ve devoted this entire chapter to it.
