In the previous two chapters of this part of the book, we described steps 1–6 of the implementation roadmap. In this chapter, we’ll cover the next three steps, including the most important part of the transformation: implementing Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The steps described here focus on the following aspects of SAFe:
Step 7. Prepare for the ART launch.
Step 8. Train teams and launch the ART.
Step 9. Coach ART execution.
