I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As with any significant organizational change, the enterprise’s executives, leaders, and managers are ultimately responsible for successfully adopting Lean-Agile practices and the results they deliver. Only they can change and continuously improve the system in which people work.
To accomplish this, managers must first become ‘Lean-thinking manager-teachers,’ who are trained in—and then become trainers of—these leaner ways of think and working. As they evolve to become Lean-Agile leaders, management goes from task-based to mission-led direction.
