So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Folders
It's worthwhile to note that all reports and dashboards are stored in folders. A folder can have security features, which we will explore more in Chapter 4, Record-level Access, Security, and Audit Features. For reports, the folder type is Report, while for dashboards, it is Dashboard. E-mail templates are also stored in a folder type known as Email.
