I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
This chapter presented record-level access security provided by the Salesforce platform. We restricted ourselves to not dig deeper into territory management at this point, and for organizations that don't have territory management enabled, this chapter will be enough to troubleshoot problems around record-level access. We covered folder sharing in detail, and this should help us manage security around report and dashboard sharing. There are some more modules such as content, knowledge, and ideas that follow a specific security model, and Chapter 7, An Overview of Sales and Service Cloud, should give an idea of how to manage security around the same.
