I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

You are using a data loader or Informatica Cloud (a Cloud-based tool to load data into Salesforce from a legacy system), and you don't see a field for mapping.
Debugging steps
This is primarily due to field-level security. The visibility of your field is set to false, and this has caused the issue. When field-level security is not visible, adding the field on the page layout will still keep the field invisible.
