How to Do Business With Americans: A Guide for Non-Americans
I’ve been in this country since I emigrated from England in 1962, and I’m still learning about Americans. That makes this chapter a work in progress. I’m going to give you some observations about Americans and the way they do business. This is for non-Americans. If you’re an American you might want to skip this chapter, because you won’t agree with everything I say, and I don’t want to upset you.
