It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Part 1Official Native Platforms
In the first four weeks we’ll cover the “official” platforms, the ones created by the major platform vendors: Apple, Google, and Microsoft. We’ll write the apps in the official languages and use the official tools for development.
But before we get into those, we’ll start out with a mobile web app, which is perhaps not natively compiled but is natively available on every mobile platform and more. In that sense, while it’s intrinsically cross-platform, it’s also the most native platform there is.
