Appearance is the way you look. Etiquette is the way you act. These two soft skills work together to create that all-important first (and lasting) impression you make in both work and personal situations.
In this chapter, I explain the importance of making positive first impressions that lead to lasting success. I also introduce you to the elements of presenting a nice appearance and demonstrating good etiquette.
