It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Attitude, character, communication, cultural awareness, appearance and etiquette, time management, critical thinking, work ethic, and leadership. Each of these soft skills contributes to how you see yourself and others and how you perceive and comprehend the world around you. Building a strong set of soft skills is important to becoming not only a better and happier employee but also a better and happier person in general.
