So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
4 Selbstorganisation und Troja-Prinzip
4.1 Selbstorganisation von Gruppen
Führung wird oft in Form einer Hierarchie installiert und gelebt (Abb. 4.1 links). Es gibt schnelle und klare Entscheidungswege. Eine in einzelne, möglichst unabhängige Teile zerlegbare Aufgabe lässt sich gut verteilen. Eine Hierarchie ist also zur Bearbeitung gut unterteilbarer, komplizierter Aufgaben geeignet (Abb. 3.13 auf Seite 58).
