7.4 REACTIVE OBSOLESCENCE MANAGEMENT CHECKLIST
In Table 7-3 the reactive resolution options described previously are listed, along with the factors that need to be considered when choosing the most cost-effective strategy. In some cases, a combination of more than one strategy can be used to solve an obsolescence problem (such as bridge buy and a redesign).
