I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
Ana Procopio-Schön serves as a Senior Learning and Development Manager at ETH Zurich, where she manages executive education initiatives and custom programs for companies. With a very international career, Ana has brought her expertise to roles as a lecturer and research associate in higher education, as well as a project manager in both IT and the tourism industry. Ana's educational background includes a distinguished Ph.D. in Management and Economics, complemented by a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Claudio Feser is a Senior Partner Emeritus and a Senior Advisor of McKinsey & Company, Inc. He served as a management consultant at McKinsey for nearly three decades, leading among others the Greek and the Swiss offices of McKinsey, and the firm's global lead-ership development practice. He was also a member of the Shareholder Council, McKinsey's global Board of Directors. He currently serves as chairman and member of several company boards. Further, he is a member of the Executive Education Committee and of the Senate Committee for Continuing Education of the University of St. Gallen. He is also an educator and lecturer. He lectures on innovation, individual and corporate adaptation, and leadership at both the University of St. Gallen and ETH Zurich, Switzerland.
